健康体检人群甲状腺结节与代谢指标的关系研究

摘　　要：目的调查南充地区健康体检人群甲状腺结节的检出率,并探讨其与代谢指标的关系,以期为甲状腺疾病的防治提供依据。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月在我院健康管理中心行甲状腺彩超检查者4001例,分析甲状腺结节与年龄、性别、体质指数以及血压、空腹血糖、血脂、尿酸水平的相关性。结果甲状腺结节的检出率为52.4%,女性(60.9%)明显高于男性(44.4%),且结节检出率随年龄水平的升高而增加(P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,女性、高龄、高血压、糖尿病是甲状腺结节发生的独立危险因素。结论南充地区甲状腺结节的检出率较高,女性、高龄人群、高血压患者、糖尿病患者是甲状腺结节患病的高危人群,在健康体检中应加强对该类人群甲状腺结节的筛查和管理。Objective To investigate the thyroid nodules prevalence in healthy people in the city of Nanchong,and to explore the relationship between thyroid nodules and metabolic parameters,in order to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of thyroid diseases.Methods A total of 4001 individuals underwent thyroid ultrasonography examination in Health Management Center of the Affiliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College druing January 2019 to January 2020.Based on the data collected from these people,the correlations between thyroid nodules and age,gender,body mass index,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,blood lipid or uric acid levels were analyzed.Results The prevalence of thyroid nodules was 52.4%,which was significantly higher in females(60.9%)than males(44.4%),and the prevalence of thyroid nodules increased with age(P<0.01).Multivariate binary logistic regression revealed that female,older age,hypertension and diabetes were independent risk factors for thyroid nodules.Conclusion The prevalence of thyroid nodules was significantly higher in Nanchong.Female,older age,hypertension and diabetes are independent risk factors for thyroid nodules.In general,the screening and management of thyroid nodules should be carried out in health people.
