摘　　要：目的讨论阶梯状修剪原位回植方式的临床治疗效果及意义。方法回顾2017年1月至2019年12月收治四肢皮肤逆行撕脱伤患者13例,均采用阶梯状修剪原位回植方法进行修复。结果13例患者撕脱皮肤均成活,无需二期植皮或皮瓣修复,患者对外观及功能满意。结论通过对四肢皮肤逆行撕脱伤患者实施阶梯状修剪原位回植治疗具有较好临床治疗效果,且安全性较高,手术简单、有效、经济、方便,具有一定的临床实用意义。Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effect and significance of in situ replantation of skin isolated by a stepped procedure on retrograde skin avulsion injury of extremities.Methods We reviewed 13 patients with retrograde skin avulsion injury,they were treated with in situ replantation of skin isolated by a stepped procedure in our hospital during January 2017 and December 2019.Results All the avulsed skin survived in these 13 patients,no secondary skin replantation or repairing was needed.The patients were satisfied with the appearance and function of the replanted skin.Conclusion It is therapeutically satisfying for treating the patients with retrograde skin avulsion injury with in situ replantation of skin isolated by the stepped procedure.This surgical procedure is safe,simple,effective,economic and convenient,and has certain clinical practical significance.
