青海互助县某村新引进仔猪腹泻病原的分子鉴定分析

摘　　要：采集仔猪腹泻样品4份,结合临床症状及分子生物学方法进行病原鉴定与分析。结果表明,互助县新引进的仔猪腹泻是由猪流行性腹泻病毒与猪圆环病毒混合感染造成,该研究为仔猪腹泻的病原学研究和流行病学调查提供了参考数据,为仔猪腹泻性病原的对症治疗、对因治疗和辅助支持治疗提供了有益提示。We collected four samples of piglets diarrhea in a Village of Huzhu County,and combining the clinical symptoms,molecular biology methods were used for identification and analysis.The results showed that diarrhea causing the newly introduced piglet was caused by a mixed infection of PEDV and PCV2.This study provided reference data for the pathogenic research and epidemiological investigation of piglet diarrhea,and also provided helpful reminder for symptomatic treatment,etiological treatment and auxiliary support to piglet diarrhea pathogens.
