冷季补饲精料对放牧牦牛犊牛体增重、瘤胃发酵及血清生化指标的影响

摘　　要：为研究冷季补饲精料对放牧牦牛犊牛体增重、瘤胃发酵及血清生化指标的影响,试验选取健康、体重相近的4月龄牦牛犊牛28头,随机分成两组,每组14头(公母各7头),试验组牦牛犊牛归牧后补饲精料0.4kg/d·头,预饲期7d,试验期90d。结果表明,补饲组牦牛犊牛平均日增重达184.44g/d,显著高于对照组(P<0.05),同时,补饲精料后牦牛犊牛血清中总蛋白(TP)得到提高,补饲组血清中碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性高于对照组,瘤胃乙酸、总挥发性脂肪酸显著高于对照组(P<0.05),表明冷季补饲精料可显著提高放牧牦牛犊牛的体增重、对营养的摄入、代谢和吸收以及促进瘤胃的发酵,缓解牦牛犊牛冷季掉膘或减重。In order to study the effect of supplementary concentrate in cold season on body weight gaining,rumen fermentation and serum biochemical indexes in grazing yak calves,28 healthy yak calves with aged 4 month and similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 14 calves in each group(7 males and 7 females).The yak calves in the experimental group were fed with 0.4 kg/d·head of supplementary concentrate after returning to grazing.The pre-feeding period was 7 days and the experimental period was 90 days.The results showed that the average daily gain of yak calves in the supplementary feeding group was 184.44 g/d,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).While the TP in the serum of yak calves was increased after supplemental concentrate.The ALP activity in the serum of the supplementary feeding group was higher than that of the control group,and the rumen acetic acid and total volatile fatty acids were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the supplementation of concentrate in cold season could significantly increase the body weight gaining,and improve nutrient intake,metabolism and absorption,promote the rumen fermentation,and alleviate the fat loss or weight loss of yak calves in cold season.
