吡喹酮不同剂型对青海牧区藏犬棘球绦虫的驱虫试验

摘　　要：为评价吡喹酮不同剂型对青海牧区藏犬棘球绦虫的驱虫效果,经细粒棘球绦虫粪抗原检测,选择牧户家中饲养的阳性藏犬34只,分为吡喹酮片剂5mg/kg剂量组、浇泼剂10mg/kg剂量组和对照组,采用氢溴酸槟榔碱泻下法和犬细粒棘球绦虫抗原检测法对藏犬棘球绦虫的驱虫效果进行评价。结果显示,吡喹酮片剂5mg/kg、浇泼剂10mg/kg剂量对藏犬细粒棘球绦虫的驱净率、粗计驱虫率均达100%;浇泼剂10mg/kg剂量示范应用粪检抗原转阴率达100%。试验结果表明吡喹酮不同剂型试验剂量驱除藏犬棘球绦虫高效安全。To evaluate the repellent effect of different dosage forms of praziquanl on Echinococcus chinensis of Tibetan dogs in Qinghai pastoral area,34 Tibetan dogs were selected and divided into 5mg/kg praziquanl tablet group,10mg/kg praziquanl dosing pouring group and control group by detecting the fecal antigen of Echinococcus chinococcus.Arecoline hydrobromide reduction method and Echinococcus granulosus antigen detection method were used to evaluate the insecticidal effect of Tibetan Echinococcus.The results showed that Praziquantel tablets of 5mg/kg and pouring agent of 10mg/kg had 100%repellent rate and gross repellent rate on E.granulosus.In the demonstration application of 10mg/kg pouring agent,the negative conversion rate of fecal antigen detection reached 100%.It indicated that different dosage forms of praziquantel were highly effective and safe in expelling echinococcus in Tibetan dogs.
