摘  要:目的研究基于大数据的质量管理模式在儿童医院病区出院流程精细化管理中的应用效果。方法将深圳市儿童医院2017年66282例出院当日结算的患者作为对照组,2018年76808例出院当日结算的患者作为观察组。对照组按传统出院流程办理出院手续,观察组利用大数据的质量管理模式对病区出院工作进行精细化管理,完善出院计划、调整病区工作流程安排,实现分时段办理出院手续。通过医院信息系统决策平台抓取出院流程各环节数据,比较两组患儿9点前出院办结率和医护患三方满意度。结果观察组患儿9点前病区平均出院办结率为28.82%,明显高于对照组的14.06%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属、医生、护士对深圳市儿童医院出院流程的满意度分别为(92.20±3.22)分、(95.4±1.89)分、(97.9±1.10)分,明显高于对照组的(87.80±3.61)分、(88.7±3.49)分、(86.5±3.29)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于大数据的质量管理模式在儿童医院病区出院流程精细化管理中应用能提升患儿家长就医感受,保障医疗安全,医护患三方满意度高。Objective To study the effect of big data-based quality management on refined discharge process in children's hospital.Methods The 66282 children discharged from Shenzhen Children's Hospital in 2017 were taken as the control group,while 76808 children discharged in 2018 were taken as the experimental group.The children in the control group were discharged following the traditional procedure.The children in the experimental group were discharged following the big data-based refined discharge process(improving the discharge plan,adjusting the work flow arrangement of ward,and realizing the discharge in different periods).Based on data collected from the hospital information system,the completion rate of discharge before 9 a.m.and the satisfaction of doctors,nurses,and the patients'par ents were compared between the two groups.Results The discharge completion rate before 9 a.m.in the experimental group was higher than that in control group(28.82%vs 14.06%,P<0.05).The satisfactions of patients'parents,doctors and nurses to Shenzhen Children's Hospital in the the experimental group were higher than those in control group:(92.20±3.22)points vs(87.80±3.61)points,(95.4±1.89)points vs(88.7±3.49)points,(97.9±1.10)points vs(86.5±3.29)points,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of big data-based quality management in refined discharge process can improve the parents'feeling,guarantee the medical safety,and improve the patients'satisfaction.
