摘　　要：目的评价左心室造影在急性心梗并发室间隔穿孔封堵术中的应用价值。方法7例患者术前均经超声心动图证实为急性心梗并发VSR,且7例均出现左心功能衰竭采用IABP辅助,待患者循环稳定行VSR封堵术,术中行左心室造影。结果回顾性分析7例急性心梗并发室间隔穿孔术中左心室造影表现,左心室造影可清晰显示急性心梗并发室间隔穿孔部位、形态、大小及房室瓣的反流。结论左心室造影是室间隔穿孔封堵术中关键环节之一,它能快速、准确的在术中确定室间隔穿孔部位破口大小,为VSR封堵器选择提供重要依据,为成功实施VSR封堵术提供有力保障。Objective To evaluate the application of left ventricular angiography in the percutaneous closure of the ventricular septal rupture(VSR)after acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Seven patients were diagnosed VSR after AMI by echocardiogram.They presented moderate to severe heart failure,and they were stabilized by intra-aortic ballom pump(IABP)before percutaneous intervention.Left ventricular angiography was performed during the intervention.Results The left ventricular angiographies of 7 patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated by ventricular septal rupture were retrospectively analyzed.It addressed the location,shape,size,and atrioventricular valve regurgitation.Conclusion Left ventricular angiography played an important role in percutanrous closure of VSR after AMI.The angiography located and measured the rupture rapidly and accurately during closure.
