摘  要:社会文化建设是社会文明发展的重要内容,其建设结果直接影响着人类社会文明的发展,区域文化建设直接作用于区域旅游经济的发展。区域旅游业的发展离不开区域文化建设,必须借助文化建设提升旅游发展质量与效益。文化与旅游的融合发展,联动发展将成为社会发展的必然现象,文旅产业建设,文旅产品开发等已经形成规模。文旅事业发展给社会带来巨大贡献,在发展过程中应当遵循规模、数据、特色、品牌、科技、生态、共享等策略,进而提升文旅事业建设的效能。As the important part of social civilization development,the construction of social culture has direct influences on the development of human socialization.construction of regional culture acted directly on the development of regional tourism economy,which depend on the construction of regional culture.Therefore,improving the quality and benefit of tourism development must resort to the cultural construction.The integrated and interacted development of culture and tourism will be the inevitable result of social development.The construction of culture and tourism industry as well as the development of cultural and tourism products have reached a certain scale.The development of culture and tourism industry has made great contribution to the society and the strategies such as scale,data,features,brand,technologies,ecology,sharing,etc.shall b e followed in the development on the purpose of further improving the efficiency of cultural and tourism construction.
