中蒙俄国际经贸新通道发展的时空结构

摘　　要：中蒙俄经济走廊是“丝绸之路经济带”六大经济走廊之首,而我国西部地区是国家发展潜力最大也是资源最丰富的地区。为充分发掘中蒙俄经济走廊的经济潜力,满足三国新的发展需求,抓住新的合作机遇,提出建设一条纵贯我国中西部地区的新的中蒙俄国际经贸通道,并从新通道发展的时间结构、空间结构、能力结构着手,论证新通道建立与发展的合理性,为中蒙俄国际经贸新通道的发展、研究提供参考。The China-Russia-Mongolia economic corridor is the first of the six economic corridors of the silk road economic belt,while the western region of China has the greatest development potential and the most abundant resources.To fully tap the economic potential of the Russian economic corridor,meet the demand of the three new development,seize the new opportunities of cooperation,this paper puts forward the construction of a throughout much of the central and western regions in China in the new Russian channels of international economy and trade,and the new channel development time structure,spatial structure,ability structure,demonstrates the rationality of the establishment of a new channel and its development,for the development of Russia's new international economic and trade channel,the research provide a reference basis.
