美国哈佛大学中国古旧地图馆藏特色与学术价值

摘　　要：美国哈佛大学馆藏丰富的中国古旧地图。本文在系统整理哈佛大学馆藏1949年以前出版发行的中国相关古旧地图的基础上,从馆藏地、语种、时间、内容等方面对哈佛大学馆藏中国古旧地图的总体情况进行了分析。根据地图的学术价值、版本价值和美学价值,选取若干馆藏中西方代表性珍稀古旧地图进行重点介绍。最后结合数字人文的方法,讨论了馆藏海量的近代军事地图的学术价值和应用前景。Harvard University has a rich collection of ancient Chinese maps.On the basis of systematically sorting out the relevant old Chinese maps published before 1949 in Harvard,this paper analyzes the general profile of the Chinese ancient maps in Harvard from the aspects of location,language,time and content.According to the academic value,edition value and aesthetic value of those maps,some representative rare maps,both in Chinese and western languages,arc selected for highlight introduction.Finally,combined with the method of digital humanities»the paper discusses the academic value and applicate prospect of the massive collection of modern military maps in Harvard.
