摘 要:为促进湖北地区中药材深加工和产业结构调整,提高茯苓药材的利用率,带动中药材种植业、中医药知识经济等相关产业的发展,针对湖北地区茯苓饮片质量标准进行了研究.利用HPLC法测定茯苓药材中茯苓酸、去氢茯苓酸和松苓新酸的含量;采用1-苯基-3-甲基-5-吡唑啉酮(PMP)衍生化法测定水溶性多糖的含量测定,以无水葡萄糖为指标,利用分光光度法,建立了茯苓中水溶性多糖的含量测定方法.对水分、总灰分、二氧化硫残留和醇溶性浸出物进行了检测.经研究,湖北地区10批次茯苓饮片中茯苓酸、去氢茯苓酸、松苓新酸的平均百分含量分别为0.2592%、0.5579%和0.3538%,水溶性多糖的平均百分含量为0.2516%.该方法简便、稳定、专属性强、重复性好,对茯苓饮片质量标准进行了较为系统的研究.In order to promote the deep processing and industrial structure adjustment of Chinese medicinal materials in Hubei Province,improve the utilization rate of Poria cocos and drive the development of Chinese medicinal materials planting industry,Chinese medicine knowledge economy and other related industries,this paper studied the quality standard of Poria cocos decoction slices in Hubei Provincer.In this paper,HPLC was used to determine the content of poria acid,dehydroporic acid and pinelinoic acid in Poria cocos.The content of water-soluble polysaccharides in poria cocoa was determined by 1-phenyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolinone(PMP)derivatization method,and the determination method of water-soluble polysaccharides in Poria cocoa was established by spectrophotometry with anhydrous glucose as the index.Moisture,total ash,sulfur dioxide residue and alcohol soluble extract were measured.The results showed that the average content of porylic acid,dehydrogenated porylic acid and pinoleic acid in 10 batches of prepared slices of Poria cocos in Hubei Province was 0.2592%,0.5579%and 0.3538%,respectively.The average content of water-soluble polysaccharide in 10 batches was 0.2516%.In a word,this method is simple,stable,specific and reproducible,and the quality standard of decoction pieces of Poria cocos is studied systematically.
