摘　　要：本文以络病理论为基础,将子宫腺肌病与络病理论相结合,认为“络主血”,寒凝日久可导致络中血瘀,络瘀则胞络阻滞不通,不通则痛,发为本病,故以寒凝络瘀为根本病机。并应用经典方剂温经汤之力与通络且能引活血化瘀药物入络的虫-藤类药物合用,以达温经祛寒、通络止痛之效,验证了温经通络法治疗子宫腺肌病的临床疗效,并附案例两例以说明。Based on the theory of collateral disease,this article combines adenomyosis and collateral disease theory,and believes that“collaterals govern blood”.Long-term cold and coagulation can lead to blood stasis in the collaterals.Blood stasis in the collaterals will block the collaterals and cause pain if the collaterals are blocked.The origin is the disease,so the basic pathogenesis is cold and collateral stasis.The classic prescription Wenjing Decoction(温经汤)is used in combination with insects and rattan drugs that can dredge the collaterals and can induce blood circulation and remove blood stasis drugs into the collaterals to achieve the effects of warming the meridians and removing cold,dredging the collaterals and relieving pain,verifying the treatment of the uterus by the method of warming meridians and dredging collaterals The clinical efficacy of adenomyosis is illustrated with two cases.
