摘　　要：目的:研究三维平衡正脊手法对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(AIS)的治疗效果。方法:筛选了符合诊断标准的60例AIS青少年患者,按照随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例;对照组采用针灸-推拿-牵引的传统疗法,治疗组采用三维平衡正脊手法进行治疗。于治疗前、治疗2个疗程后、疗程结束3个月后分别记录两组患者的Cobb角,并于脊柱侧凸SRS-22量表调查后进行疗效分析与评价。结果:经2个疗程治疗后,治疗组Cobb角的下降幅度比对照组更明显(P<0.05);疗程结束后3个月,两组的Cobb角均有所反弹,但治疗组的Cobb角维持得较稳定(P<0.01);疗程结束3个月后的SRS-22问卷调查结果中,治疗组总评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:采用三维平衡正脊手法在改善青少年脊柱侧弯患者的Cobb角度、脊柱功能活动及患者心理健康等方面具有相对优势,且疗效持久,优于传统疗法。Objective:To study the curative effects of three-dimensional balance spine correction manipulation for adolescent idiopathic scoliosis(AIS).Method:There were 60 adolescent patients meeting the symptom criteria were included.Using a random number table,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with the traditional therapy of acupuncture-tuina-traction,while the treatment group was treated with three-dimensional balance spine correction manipulation.The Cobb angle of patients in the two groups was recorded before treatment,after 2 courses of treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment.The curative effects were analyzed and evaluated using Scoliosis Research Society-22(SRS-22)questionnaire.Results:Cobb angle in the treatment group decreased more significantly than that in the control group after 2 courses of treatment(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,Cobb angle rebound in both groups but remained stable in the treatment group(P<0.01).Three months after the treatment,SRS-22 questionnaire showed that the total score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Three-dimensional balance spine correction manipulation for AIS has advantages on improving Cobb angle,spinal function movements and psychological health,and the effect is lasting,better than the traditional therapy.
