摘 要:当前,非高端钻井平台在海洋石油勘探开发市场占有一半左右的份额。中低端钻井平台的顶部驱动装置是独立的控制系统,一般都布置在钻台上,不利于维护人员监控。顶部驱动装置是用来钻进的设备,是钻井平台最核心的关键装备,提高其运维效率一直是钻井平台的重要研究课题。基于此,分析顶部驱动装置和电站系统在联网监控上的应用,通过不间断监控的手段,达到降低故障率和提高运维效率的目的。Currently,non-high-end drilling rig shared about half of the offshore oil exploration and development market.The top drive device of that rig was an independent control system arranged on the drilling platform,which was not conducive to monitoring for maintenance personnel.The top drive was the core equipment used for drilling on the drilling rig.Improving the operation efficiency had always been an important research topic.This paper briefly analyzed the application of top drive and power station networked monitoring on drilling rig.Through continuous monitoring,it could be reducing the failure rate and improving the efficiency of operation.
