摘  要:随着工业化和城市化的发展,生产活动导致的地下水质量下降和水质恶化问题日益严重,已经逐渐成为影响人类生存的世界性环境问题。原位生物修复一直是地下水有机污染修复技术的研究热点,已受到了广泛关注。围绕生物修复技术在地下水有机污染原位修复方面的研究与应用,综述了地下水有机污染原位生物修复技术的研究进展,梳理和总结了影响原位生物修复技术的主要因素,重点讨论了原位生物修复技术与地下水循环井(GCW)修复技术的联合应用,并对GCW强化原位生物修复技术的研究发展方向进行了展望,以期为地下水有机污染原位修复工程的研究和应用提供参考。With the rapid development of industry,the organic pollution of groundwater is becoming more and more serious.Traditional organic pollution treatment methods not only have high remediation cost and poor treatment effect,but also have great disturbance to groundwater environment.Bioremediation has always been a research hotspot in organic pollution remediation of groundwater.This review focuses on the research and application of biotechnology in the in situ remediation of groundwater organic pollution.The research progress of in situ bioremediation of organic pollution of groundwater is reviewed.The main factors affecting bioremediation are sorted out and summarized.The focus is on the combined application of in situ bioremediation technology and Groundwater Circulation Well(GCW)remediation technology.The development direction of in situ enhanced bioremediation is proposed.The review aims to provide a reference for the research and application of groundwater organic pollution in-situ remediation engineering.
