摘　　要：目的:探讨为结直肠癌造口术后患者提供出院准备服务对其自我护理能力和出院准备度的影响。方法:随机抽取2019年3月至2020年5月在中山市小榄人民医院接受结直肠癌造口术的60例患者作为研究对象。将这60例患者按随机数表法分为观察组和对照组(30例/组)在术后,对对照组患者进行常规护理,在此基础上为观察组患者提供出院准备服务。然后对比两组患者造口自我护理能力的评分和各项出院准备度评分。结果:1)接受护理后,观察组患者造口自我护理能力的评分高于对照组患者,P<0.05。2)接受护理后,观察组患者自身情况的评分、疾病知识的评分、应对能力的评分、期望社会支持的评分及出院准备度的总评分均高于对照组患者,P<0.05。结论:为结直肠癌造口术后患者提供出院准备服务可显著提高其自我护理能力和出院准备度。Objective:To explore the effect of discharge preparation service for colorectal cancer patients after colostomy on their self-care ability and discharge readiness.METHODS:A total of 60 patients receiving colorectal cancer ostomy in Xiaolan People's Hospital of Zhongshan City from March 2019 to May 2020 were randomly selected as the research subjects.The 60 patients were divided into observation group and control group(30 cases/group)according to random number table method.After surgery,patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and on this basis,patients in the observation group were provided with discharge preparation service.Then the scores of self-care ability and discharge readiness of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:1)After receiving nursing care,the score of self-nursing ability of observation group was higher than that of control group,P<0.05.2)After receiving nursing care,the observation group was higher than the control group in terms of its own situation score,disease knowledge score,coping ability score,expected social support score and discharge readiness score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Discharge preparation service for patients with colorectal cancer after colostomy can significantly improve their self-care ability and discharge readiness.
