摘  要:通过对钙果不同枝条、基质、生根粉处理研究,结果表明钙果枝条的生根能力弱且普通的生根粉对其生根能力影响较小;扦插应选取基生半木质化枝条,宜选取通透性较好的基质;ABT1号处理的枝条在50~100 mg·L^(-1)浓度之间的生根率表现相近;ABT1号在蘸条30min后期生根率有明显的上升,2h后其生根率维持不再有明显上升。The effects of different treatments on twigs,medium and rooting power in Cerasus humilis were studied.The results showed that the rooting ability of Cerasus humilis was weak and the common rooting powder had little effect on its rooting ability;the base semi-lignified branches should be selected as cuttings,and the permeability matrix should be selected;the rooting rate of ABT1 branch was similar between 50~100 mg·L^(-1) concentration;the rooting rate of ABT1 branch increased obviously in the late 30 min of dipping strip,and the rooting rate did not increase obviously after 2 h.
