连续顺序追踪超声法在诊断胎儿羊膜带综合征肢体异常中的价值

摘　　要：目的总结羊膜带综合征(ABS)肢体异常胎儿的产前超声声像图特征。方法采用连续顺序追踪超声法对2018年1月至2019年12月在联勤保障部队第九〇一医院产前超声检查的20159例孕妇行胎儿肢体检查,对疑有ABS肢体异常的胎儿详细扫查,总结ABS肢体异常胎儿产前超声声像图特征。结果产前超声筛查检出胎儿ABS肢体异常5例(0.02%,5/20159),其中1例为双胎之一患有ABS,5例均表现为肢体部位受累,4例足月分娩,1例孕妇选择终止妊娠。5例胎儿ABS肢体异常产后外观检查均与产前超声检查结果一致。结论产前连续顺序追踪超声法检查胎儿四肢,可明确诊断胎儿患ABS时肢体畸形的部位与严重程度。Objective To summarize the prenatal sonographic features of amniotic band syndrome limb deformity.Methods Fetal limb examinations were performed on 20159 pregnant women who underwent prenatal ultrasound examination at the 901st Hospital of PLA from January 2018 to December 2019 using systematic continuous sequence approach.The fetal limb abnormalities with suspected amniotic band syndrome were scanned in detail and their sonographic characteristics were summarized.Results Five cases of fetal amniotic band syndrome with limb abnormalities were detected by prenatal ultrasonographic examination,accounted for 0.02%(5/20159).In one case,one of the fetuses in a twin pregnancy had amniotic band syndrome.Four cases presented with limb deformities and were delivered at term.Termination of pregnancy was selected in one case.The postpartum appearance examination of five cases with limb deformities with amniotic band syndrome was consistent with the results of prenatal ultrasound examination.Conclusion The region and degree of limb deformities in the fetus with amniotic band syndrome can be clearly diagnosed by using systematic continuous sequence approach in prenatal examination.
