摘  要:腔镜器械相较于其他医院器械具有独特的结构特点,若清洗不彻底,其残留病菌将形成细菌生物膜,增加清洗难度,影响腔镜器械的消毒灭菌效果。为实现医院腔镜器械自动消毒灭菌效果的高精度快速监测。提出基于随机森林的医院腔镜器械消毒灭菌效果自动监测方法。首先通过医院腔镜器械效果检测方法将灭菌效果分为合格及不合格两类,然后通过随机森林算法提取医院腔镜器械消毒灭菌效果样本数据特征,在此基础上对灭菌效果进行识别和自动监测,最后通过设计对比实验验证所提方法的优势。结果分析表明,设计方法在监测医院腔镜器械消毒灭菌效果中,监测准确率较高,时间开销较短。Compared with other hospital instruments, endoscopic instruments have unique structural characteristics.If the cleaning is not thorough, the residual bacteria will form bacterial biofilm, increase the difficulty of cleaning, and affect the disinfection and sterilization effect of endoscopic instruments.In order to realize the high precision and rapid monitoring of the effect of automatic disinfection and sterilization of hospital endoscopic instruments.An automatic monitoring method for disinfection and sterilization effect of hospital endoscopic instruments based on random forest was proposed.Firstly, the sterilization effect is divided into qualified and unqualified by the effect detection method of hospital endoscopic instruments.Then, the sample data characteristics of sterilization effect of hospital endoscopic instruments are extracted by random forest algorithm.On this basis, the sterilization effect is identified and automatically monitored.Finally, the advantages of the proposed method are verified through the design of comparative experiments.The results showed that the design method had higher monitoring accuracy and shorter time cost in monitoring the disinfection and sterilization effect of hospital endoscopic instruments.
