摘 要:由于现有系统存在多任务并行调度性能较差的问题,因此,设计一种电气加工自动化控制设备任务调度系统。系统的硬件构成包括监控模块、PLC控制模块、处理器模块。监控模块主要负责对电气加工自动化控制设备的运行进行监控,并将监控数据作为电气加工自动化控制设备任务调度的基础数据;PLC控制模块主要用于对电气加工自动化控制设备进行控制,模块中选用的PLC控制器型号为TICSIMA S7-500,集成了多个接口,连接监控主机与其他模块,并结合网卡,改进了多个设备任务数据的传输速度;处理器模块中选用的处理器为ARM920T;系统的软件构成包括通信模块、任务调度模块。系统的软件设计中,通信模块主要通过Modbus通信协议实现系统各模块之前的通信,将多任务数据进行主/从模式的通信,统一了串口参数和传输模式,进一步提高了任务数据传输速度;任务调度模块能够实现电气加工自动化控制设备的任务调度。通过软硬件的结合实现了电气加工自动化控制设备的任务调度。进行了系统的性能对比实验,证明该系统的多任务并行执行性能与多任务并行调度性能优于现有系统,有很大的推广空间。Due to the poor performance of multi-task parallel scheduling in existing systems, a task scheduling system for electrical processing automation control equipment is designed.The hardware of the system includes monitoring module, PLC control module and processor module.The monitoring module is mainly responsible for monitoring the operation of electrical processing automation control equipment, and takes the monitoring data as the basic data for task scheduling of electrical processing automation control equipment;The PLC control module is mainly used to control the electrical processing automation control equipment.The PLC controller model selected in the module is TICSIMA S7-500,which integrates multiple interfaces to connect the monitoring host and other modules, and combines the network card to improve the transmission speed of task data of multiple equipment.The processor selected in the processor module is ARM920 T;The software of the system includes communication module and task scheduling module.In the software design of the system, the communication module mainly realizes the communication before each module of the system through Modbus communication protocol, communicates multi-task data in master/slave mode, unifies serial port parameters and transmission mode, and further improves the transmission speed of task data;The task scheduling module can realize the task scheduling of electrical machining automation control equipment.Through the combination of software and hardware, the task scheduling of electrical processing automation control equipment is realized.The performance comparison experiment of the system proves that the performance of multi-task parallel execution and multi-task parallel scheduling of the system is better than that of the existing system, and there is great room for promotion.
