高校“十四五”学科建设规划编制中的思考

摘　　要：学科建设规划作为高校整体发展规划的核心构成,是高校学科建设的蓝图和依据,通常涵盖学科发展的环境、目标、思路、举措、组织保障等多项内容。本文在高校"十四五"学科建设规划编制的契机下,结合实际工作体会从"十四五"时期学科发展的环境与理念两个方面开展论述,以服务于高校学科规划和学科建设。As the core component of the overall development plan of colleges and universities, discipline construction planning is the blueprint and basis of discipline construction in colleges and universities. It usually covers the environment,objectives, ideas, measures, organizational guarantee and other contents of discipline development. This paper discusses the environment and concept of discipline development in the fourteenth Five Year Plan period in order to serve the discipline planning and construction in colleges and universities.
