高校图书馆服务创新型文化创意人才培育的实践与研究——以粤港澳大湾区H农林院校为例

摘　　要：数字文化创意产业的快速发展,取决于创新型文化创意人才的培育。高校图书馆具有高校的重要第二课堂和文化阵地属性,在服务创新型文化创意人才培育的系统工程中,主要发挥服务育人与文化育人的优势。总结H大学在组织体系、资源建设、内容、形式等方面所进行的创新探索和经验启示,提出以下策略:深化服务育人的理念,展现文化育人的优势;运用"互联网+"创新形式,为文化创意人才提供移动服务;彰显办馆特色,打造创新型文化创意人才培育的服务品牌。The rapid development of the digital cultural and creative industry depends on the cultivation of innovative cultural and creative talents. University libraries have the attributes of important secondary classrooms and cultural positions of universities. In the system engineering of cultivating innovative cultural and creative talents, they mainly play the advantages of service education and cultural education. Summarizing the innovative exploration and experience enlig htenment of H University in organizational system, resource construction, content, form, etc., put forward the following strategies: deepen the concept of service education, show the advantages of cultural education;use the "Internet +" innovative form, Provide mobile services for cultural and creative talents;highlight the characteristics of the pavilion, and create a service brand for the cultivation of innovative cultural and creative talents.
