摘 要:针对某紧耦合相控阵天线中密集组件的散热问题,提出一种轻型多孔液冷冷板结构设计。不同于传统的平直型和仿生型微通道,该冷板在避开数量众多器件插孔的前提下,采用铝合金3D打印形成内部流道,在进出水口设计叉排肋柱对冷却液进行分流,从而最大程度地增大了冷却面积,并且减轻了结构质量。运用Flo EFD对该冷板进行传热仿真计算,运用ANSYS进行强度校核。经过试验验证,该轻型多孔液冷冷板能完全满足多通道T/R组件巨大的散热需求,对相控阵天线结构小型化设计具有一定的参考价值。Aiming at the heat dissipation problem of dense components in a tightly coupled phased array antenna,a light porous liquid cooling plate is proposed.The inner runners are made by 3D printing firstly and openings are machined then under the premise of avoiding quantities of opennings,which is different from the previous flat type ruuner and bionics runner.The coolant is split through the staggered column rib.The design maximizes the cooling area and reduces the structural weight.FloEFD is used to simulate the heat transfer of the cooling plate,and ANSYS is used to check strength.The experiment results show that the light porous liquid cooling plate can fully meet the large heat dissipation requirements of multi-channel T/R module,which has a certain reference value for the structure miniaturization design of phased array antenna.
