摘  要:通过描述电子工业对电解铜箔质量和产量提出的高要求,进而介绍了电解铜箔设备的核心部件阴极辊表面质量对铜箔质量影响的重要性。针对阴极辊部件中的核心零件钛筒体加工中出现的圆度问题,提出了外圆弧面校圆工装。通过校圆工装对钛筒体的多次校圆后,钛筒体的圆度和直线度得到明显提高,从而使得所制作的阴极辊辊面精度高,较好保证了铜箔的成品质量。通过生产使用,验证了该方案的正确性。This paper describes the high requirements of the electronic industry for the quality and output of electrolytic copper foil,the importance of the surface quality of cathode roll.Aiming at the roundness problem in the processing of titanium cylinder in the core part of cathode roller,an outer arc alignment tool is proposed.The roundness and straightness of the titanium cylinder are obviously improved after many times of the roundness of the titanium cylinder through the rounding tooling.The precision of the cathode roll surface is high,and the finished product quality of copper foil is guaranteed.The correctness of this scheme is verified by production and use.
