摘 要:在测定高氯废水COD时,很容易受到一些外界因素的影响而导致测定的准确度不高,尤其是氯离子的含量对测定的结果有明显的干扰。就某厂排放出水水质而言,就存在低COD值,高氯离子浓度的特点,在对其化学需氧量COD检测过程中,经常出现反应体系浑浊的情况,最终影响出水排放指标的检测。对此,文章对国标法中氯离子遮蔽剂硫酸汞做了全面地分析,其中包括遮蔽剂硫酸汞投加量对COD检测结果的影响;硫酸汞固态、液态在测定COD时,对结果的影响;提高遮蔽剂硫酸汞浓度对COD检测结果的影响等。最终采取不同区域氯离子浓度废水分段处理的分析方法,尽可能的消除干扰,避免二次污染,以达到准确测定COD的目的。In the determination of COD in high chloride wastewater,it is easy to be affected by some external factors,which leads to low accuracy of determination;especially the content of chloride ion has obvious interference on the determination results.As far as the effluent quality of a plant is concerned,it has the characteristics of low COD value and high chloride concentration.In the process of COD detection,the reaction system is often turbid,which ultimately affects the detection of effluent discharge index.In this regard,the article makes a comprehensive analysis of the national standard method of chloride ion masking agent mercury sulfate,including the influence of the dosage of masking agent mercury sulfate on the COD detection results;the influence of mercury sulfate solid and liquid in the determination of COD;the influence of improving the concentration of masking agent mercury sulfate on the COD detection results,etc.In order to eliminate the interference and avoid secondary pollution,the analysis method of segmented treatment of wastewater with different chloride concentration in different areas is adopted to achieve the purpose of accurate determination of COD.
