摘　　要：高效液相色谱法是色谱法的一种,具有高压、高效、高灵敏度、应用范围广、分析速度快的特点,在医药、化工、物理等领域具有比较广泛的应用。药物自身的有效成分含量是保证其治疗效果的关键。基于此,文章就高效液相色谱法测定盐酸奈福泮片有效含量的相关内容进行深入分析,可以为药厂工作提供参考。High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)is a kind of chromatographic method,which has the characteristics of high pressure,high eff iciency,high sensitivity,wide application range and fast analysis speed.It is widely used in medicine,chemical industry,physics and other fields.The content of active ingredients in the drug itself is the key to ensure its therapeutic effect.Based on this,this paper analyzes the content of nefopam hydrochloride tablets by HPLC,which can provide an effective reference for pharmaceutical companies.
