摘　　要：社会经济的快速发展使得石油等自然资源的需求量越来越高,石油开采工作渐深使采油困难问题愈发严重,很多经过多年开采的油田都面临着高含水等问题,这也对石油钻井设备提出了更高的要求。相比于其他行业,石油开采的工作环境更加复杂,开采作业条件较为苛刻,而油层优良的降低也让石油开采工作面临着更高的压力,若想有效提高石油开采效率,设备便成为了关键要素之一,因此钻井机械设备的现场管理工作也成为了开采作业中的关键内容。文章主要围绕石油钻井机械设备的现场管理展开论述,探讨了现场管理中影响管理质量的关键因素,分析了提高现场管理质量的有关对策。With the rapid development of social economy,the demand for natural resources such as oil is getting higher and higher.The problem of oil production is becoming more and more serious.Many oil fields after many years are faced with high water content,which also puts forward higher requirements for oil drilling equipment.Compared with other industries,the working environment of oil exploitation is more complex,the working conditions are harsher,and the excellent reduction of oil layer also makes the oil exploitation work face higher pressure.If we want to improve the eff iciency of oil exploitation effectively,equipment has become one of the key elements,so drilling machinery and equipment site management work has become the key content in the mining operation.This paper mainly discusses the field management of petroleum drilling machinery and equipment,discusses the key factors affecting the management quality in the field management,and analyzes the relevant countermeasures to improve the field management quality.
