摘 要:PDC钻头对地层的适应性是决定钻井提速提效的关键,南海东部PY34-1区块下部井段灰质细砂岩夹薄层泥岩,具有非常强的研磨性,可钻性极差,机械钻速低,单只钻头进尺少,钻井周期长。通过对该区块地层特征和前期钻头使用深入分析的基础上,优选斧形齿专利PDC切削结构,提高钻头的破岩效率,实现了该气田平均机械钻速提高73.5%,提速效果明显。The adaptability of the PDC bit to the formation is the key to determining the speed and eff iciency of drilling.The lower part of the PY34-1 block in the eastern South China Sea has f ine limestone sandstone intercalated with thin mudstone,which has very strong abrasiveness and poor drillability.The drilling speed is low,the footage of a single bit is small,and the drilling cycle is long.Based on the in-depth analysis of the formation characteristics of the block and the use of the previous bit,the axe-shaped patented PDC cutting structure was selected to improve the rock breaking eff iciency of the bit,and the average ROP of the gas field was increased by 73.5%,and the speed-up effect was obvious.
