摘　　要：套管结晶器是酮苯脱蜡装置的主要设备之一,其运行状况的好坏直接影响装置的处理量、收率和产品质量。通过分析套管结晶器安全销被剪断的情况,给出具有针对性的解决措施,使套管结晶器能够长周期平稳运行。Casing crystallizer is one of the main equipment of ketone benzene dewaxing unit,and its operating condition directly affects the processing capacity,yield and product quality of the device.Based on the analysis of the condition that the safety pin of the casing mold is cut off,the corresponding solutions are given to make the casing mold run smoothly for a long period.
