摘  要:TY1侧钻水平井两次发生失返性漏失,且下套管后期即发生漏失,后虽基本建立循环,但循环排量仅约为1.4m3/min,远达不到固井设计施工排量1.7m3/min-1.8m3/min的要求,并且还存在油基钻井液固相含量高、井壁和套管壁清洗困难、封固段长、顶底部温差大、顶替效率难以保证等诸多固井难点。通过采用油基泥饼固化剂,制定配套防漏、防气窜,优化固井方案等技术措施,该井水平段固井一、二界面胶结质量优质,有效封固了页岩气水平段,为后续大型分段体积压裂奠定了良好的井筒基础。实践经验和技术对策值得同行借鉴。There were two lost returns in the TY1 horizontal sidetrack well,and the losses occurred at the later stage of running casing,but the circulation flow rate was only about 1.4 m3/min,which was far from 1.7 m3/min-1.8 m3/min flow rates as planned for cementing.Also,there were many challenges such as high solid content of oilbased drilling fluid,difficulty in cleaning wellbore and casing wall,long sealing section,large temperature difference between top and bottom,and being difficult to ensure displacement efficiency.Through the use of oil-base mudcake curing agent,the technical measures such as leak-proof,gas channeling prevention and optimization of cementing program are formulated,so as to achieve the high quality cementing of the first and second interfaces in the horizontal section and to effectively seal the shale gas horizontal section,and to lay a good wellbore foundation for the subsequent large-scale volume fracturing.Its field experience and technical measures are worthy of peer reference.
