八面河注水系统能耗现状及节能潜力分析

摘  要:在油田开发过程中,注水是保持地层压力、补充地层能量和确保油田高产稳产的重要手段。经统计,八面河油田目前注水系统能耗占总能耗的31%。针对八面河油田注水系统能耗现状,从机组、管网等方面分析影响注水系统效率的因素,通过减小管网能量损失、降低注水泵能耗损失、利用信息化开展自动巡控技术等一系列节能措施,保证管网运行的较高效率。In the process of oilfield development,water injection is an important means to preserve formation pressure,supply formation energy and ensure high and stable production.According to the statistics,the energy consumption of the water injection system accounts for 31 % of the total energy consumption. For the status quo of energy consumption of the water injection system in Bamianhe oilfield,the factors affecting the efficiency of the water injection system are analyzed from station units and pipe network,and a series of energy-saving measures such as reducing the energy loss of the pipe network,decreasing the energy loss of the water injection pump and using the information technology to carry out the automatic patrol control are adopted to ensure the high efficiency of the pipe network operation.
