基层联合党支部在队伍独立作战中发挥的作用

摘　　要：基层联合党支部是党的基层组织较为常见的一种组织形式,主要特点为人员分散,具有差异性和交叉性。连续油管技术中心党总支根据本单位情况,将12个连续油管基层队成立为三个联合党支部。为充分发挥联合党支部的作用,中心党总支从健全组织、找准定位、完善管理等方面加强了对联合党支部的管理,做到了支部服务群众、凝聚人心、促进和谐等作用的发挥,队伍独立作战能力明显提升。The Party branch at the primary level is a more common form of the Party’s primary organizations,characterized by the dispersion,diversity and mixture of personnel.The Party general branch of the CT(coiled tubing)Technology Center have set up 3 joint Party branches from 12 CT crews.In order to give full play to the role of the joint Party branch,the Party general branch has strengthened its management of the joint Party branches from the aspects of sound organization,accurate orientation and perfect management,to enable the branches to serve the masses,unite the people,promote harmony and so on.The branches are able to operate independently.
