吉妮致美环与元宫型宫内节育器的临床应用效果及对带器妊娠率与术中疼痛情况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨吉妮致美环与元宫型宫内节育器的避孕效果及术中疼痛情况.方法选取2019年5月~2020年5月于本院接受人流术后要求放置宫内节育器的60例女性,按随机数字表分为两组,对照组(30例)女性术后放置元宫型宫内节育器,观察组(30例)女性术后放置吉妮致美环宫内节育器,观察两组宫内节育环使用情况、术后不良反应情况以及术后月经异常与阴道出血状况等.结果术后6个月,观察组患者完全脱落率、带器妊娠率、术中疼痛率、取出率均显著低于对照组,续用率为93.33%,较对照组高(P<0.05);术后6个月,观察组患者的不良反应总发生率为6.66%,与对照组的33.33%对比存在明显性差异(P<0.05);观察组术后1个月、6个月的月经异常与阴道出血等发生率均低于对照组,组间差异显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05).结论与元宫型宫内节育器对比,吉妮致美环的避孕效果更加理想,且术中疼痛程度较小,患者容易接受,同时其还具有较少的不良反应发生率,安全性更高,值得临床推广使用.0bjective To investigate the contraceptive effect and intraoperative pain of Genie induced intrauterine device(IUD)and Intrauterine device.Methods Atotal of 60 women who underwent artificial abortion in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were divided into two groups according to the table of random numbers.The control group(30 cases)received artificial uterine Intrauterine device after artificial abortion,in the Observation Group(30 cases),the use of intrauterine contraceptive device(IUD),postoperative adverse reactions,abnormal menstruation and vaginal bleeding were observed after Genie's Intrauterine device.Results Six months after operation,the rate of complete absc ission,pregnancy,intraope rative pain and removal in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the rate of continuation was 93.33%,which was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),the total ineidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 6.66%,which was signifcantly lower than that in the control group(33.33%),P<0.05,there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conc lus ion Compared with the Intrauterine device,the contraceptive effeet of Genie's ring is more ideal,the degree of pain during operation is less,the patient is easy to accept,and the incidence of adverse reactions is less,and the safety is higher,it is worth popularizing in clinic.
