摘　　要：目的探讨乌灵胶囊治疗功能性消化不良患者的效果及对血清TNF-a和IL-2的影响.方法随机纳入我院2019年1月~2020年7月收治的功能性消化不良患者100例,根据治疗方法不同,分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组患者给予常规调整胃肠动力治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用乌灵胶囊3粒,每日3次.对比两组的临床疗效、不良反应以及血清的变化.结果疗程结束后,观察组的总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组(P=0.001).同时,观察组患者的上腹部不适、饱胀感、烧灼感三项评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组口干、头晕、乏力、皮疹和恶性呕吐等发生比例跟对照组比较无差异(P>0.05).治疗后,观察组的TNF-a和I L-2水平,均明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论乌灵胶囊可显著改善功能性消化不良患者的临床症状,具有较高的疗效,可能与调节体内细胞因子水平等有关,且具有较高的安全性.0bjective To investigate the.effect of Wuling capsule on patients with funetional dyspepsia and its effeet on serum TNF-A and IL-2.Methods 100 patients with functional dyspepsia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to July 2020 were randomly enrolled.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into the observation group and the control group.50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine adjustment of gastrointestinal motility therapy.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and serum changes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%,significantly higher than that of the control group(P=0.001).Meanwhile,the scores of upper abdominal discomfort,fullness and burning sensation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The incidence of xerostomia,dizzi ness,fatigue,rash and malignant vomiting in the observation group was not different from that in the control group,(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in tnf-a and il-2 between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the levels of tnf-a and il-2 in the observation group were(24.33±4.17)pg/mL and(5.69±0.35)mg/L,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conc lus ion W uling capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of functional dyspepsia patients,with a higher efficacy,may be related to the regulation of cytokines levels in vivo,and has a higher safety.
