摘 要:以某矿热炉自焙电极为原型,采用多物理场耦合的方法研究自焙电极温度、电流密度和焦耳热分布。为进一步分析电流、筋片长度、筋片数量和电极糊电导率对自焙电极温度分布影响,绘制接触元件部位z=-0.725 m、z=-0.362 5 m和z=0 m截面温度沿x轴分布曲线。研究表明,自焙电极以400 mm/d的速度压放,焙烧区位于接触元件2/3处时,自焙电极强度能够支撑自身重量,不会发生流糊和软断事故;电流为25、55和100 kA时,随着电流增大,电极焙烧区向接触元件上部移动,电极糊电导率取0.5、1.0和2.0倍时,随着电导率的增大,电极焙烧区向接触元件下部移动;而筋片长度和筋片数量对自焙电极温度场影响较小,筋片长度增减100 mm或筋片数量增减2个,焙烧区变化不明显。The temperature, current density and Joule heat distribution of the soderberg electrode in a submerged arc furnace are studied by means of multi physical field coupling method. In order to further analyze the influence of current, length of fins, number of fins and conductivity of electrode paste on the temperature distribution of soderberg electrode, the temperature distribution curves of cross-sections at z=-0.725 m, z=-0.362 5 m and z=0 m along the x-axis were plotted. The results showed that the soderberg electrode was pressed at the speed of 400 mm/d and the baking zone was located at 2/3 of the contact element. At this time, the strength of soderberg electrode can support its own weight, and there will be no paste flow and soft break accident. When the current was 25, 55 and 100 kA, the baking zone moved to the upper part of the contact element with the increase of current. When the electrode pastes conductivity was 0.5, 1.0 and 2.0 times, the baking zone moved to the lower part of the contact element with the increase of the conductivity. However, the length and number of fins had little effect on the temperature field of soderberg electrode. And the change of baking zones was not obvious with the increase or decrease of the length of ribs by 100 mm or two fins.
