摘 要:测土配方施肥技术实施以来,究竟生产效率如何、经济效果怎样,本文利用山东省9个县(市、区)471户苹果种植户的调查数据,采用倾向得分匹配(PSM)及成本效率分解的方法对采纳测土配方施肥技术的苹果种植户的生产效率及经济效果进行了分析和评价。结果表明:采纳测土配方施肥技术可以明显提升苹果种植户的生产效率,对种植收益提高也有一定的促进作用;持续采用测土配方施肥技术,有利于抑制因产品市场价格下滑对成本效率提升造成的负面影响,并有助于苹果等多年生经济作物的长期节本增效。本文建议,政府有关部门采用"绿箱"补贴等政策方式,加快推进该项技术全面、有效的实施,促进苹果产业转型升级和绿色发展。What are the production effect and the economic effect since the implementation of soil testing and formula fertilization technology?Based on the survey data of 471 apple growers in 9 counties(cities,districts)of Shandong Province,the productivity and economic effects of apple growers who adopted soil testing and formula fertilization technology were analyze and evaluate by using the method of Propensity Score Matching(PSM)and cost-efficiency decomposition.The results show that the application of soil testing and formula fertilization technology can significantly improve the productivity of apple growers,and also promote the growth of planting income,and the continuous use of the soil testing formula fertilization technology is conducive to suppressing the cost of the product due to the decline in the market price,and it can also promote long-term cost-effectiveness of perennial cash crops such as apple.Finally,it is recommended that the relevant government departments adopt policies such as"green box"subsidies to accelerate the comprehensive and effective implementation of the technology and promote the transformation and upgrading and green development of the apple industry.
