摘 要:采用金相显微镜(OM)夹杂物自动图像分析软件统计了2205双相不锈钢铸坯皮下3mm位置处夹杂物数量和分布,并用扫描电镜(SEM)及X射线能谱仪(EDS)分析了夹杂物形貌和成分。结果表明:2205双相不锈钢铸坯中的夹杂物大小以5~15μm为主,沿着铸坯宽度方向由表层到1/4位置夹杂物数量有增加的趋势;铸坯中的夹杂物均呈球形,主要有CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)和CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-MgO两类夹杂物。The quantity and distribution of inclusions in the poison under the surface about 3 mm of casting slab of 2205 duplex stainless steel were statistically analyzed by optical microscopy(OM) using automatic image analysis software. The morphology and composition of the inclusions were investigated using scanning electron microscope(SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry(EDS). The results showed the inclusion size in casting slab of 2205 duplex stainless steel was mostly 5-15 μm,and the quantity of inclusions increased from the surface to the 1/4 position along breadth direction of slab. The inclusions in casting slab were all spherical,and the types mainly included CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2) and CaO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)-MgO.
