历史街区共享社区化更新研究

摘　　要：历史街区更新方式经过无数学者的研究以及实例的佐证逐渐走向了注重社区属性的"活态"更新。共享社区化更新正是在"活态"的理念下通过在历史街区内保存和融入社区,以"共享"的方式完善社区,推动历史街区的可持续发展,让其在现代社区环境中依然能够良好地生存并运转起来。梳理共享社区化更新的概念、必要性及价值,从社区范围划定、社区共同体重建、共享情感三个层次构建了"协同共享"理念下的历史街区共享社区化更新路径,并从生活、生产、治理的三个角度探讨了具体策略,以期丰富发展历史街区更新保护的相关研究。Through the research of numerous scholars and the evidences of examples,the renewal mode of historic districts has gradually moved towards the living state renewal focusing on community attributes.Shared community renewal is to improve the community in a shared way by preserving and integrating into the community under the concept of living state,promote the sustainable development of the historic district,and enable it to survive and operate well in the modern community environment.Combing sharing community,update the concept,the necessity and value from scope defined in the community,community community reconstruction,Shared emotional three levels to construct the collaborative sharing concept of historical block sharing community update paths,and from the perspective of life,production,management of the three probes into the concrete policy,in order to enrich related research with the development of historical block update protection.
