腹部创伤定点超声在腹部闭合性创伤中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹部创伤定点超声检查在闭合性腹部创伤的患者中的应用。方法:选取2019年1月—2020年7月间山东省阳谷县人民医院急诊科113例闭合性腹部创伤患者纳入研究,所有患者均实施CT诊断和腹部创伤定点超声检查,比较两种方法的诊断价值。结果:两组患者脾破裂、肝破裂、肾损伤、腹膜后血肿、空腔脏器破裂发生率,不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);但腹部创伤定点超声诊断的符合率要优于CT扫描(P<0.05)。另外,腹部创伤定点超声技术的检出率、误诊率、诊断时间均优于CT技术(P<0.05)。结论:闭合性腹部创伤患者应用腹部创伤定点超声检查相比CT扫描相比,有较高的准确率,并能有效较低误诊率和诊断时间,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fixed-point ultrasound examination in patients with closed abdominal trauma.Methods 113 patients with closed abdominal trauma(from January 2019 to July 2020)in emergency department of our hospital were included in the study.All patients were first diagnosed by CT,then examined by fixed-point ultrasound of abdominal trauma.The diagnosis of these two methods was compared and analyzed.Results In the examination of spleen rupture,liver rupture,kidney injury,retroperitoneal hematoma,cavity organ rupture items,the diagnostic coincidence rate of the two methods was statistically(P>0.05),but the coincidence rate of the total number of ultrasound diagnosis of abdominal trauma was higher than that of CT scan(P>0.05).Moreover,the detection rate,misdiagnosis rate and diagnosis time of abdominal trauma fixed-point ultrasound were better than that of CT technique(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with of abdominal trauma fixed-point ultrasound is higher,the misdiagnosis rate is lower and the diagnosis time is less than that of CT,so it is worth popularizing.
