比较不同放射影像技术诊断方法在气管、支气管异物中的诊断效果

摘　　要：目的:比较不同放射影像技术诊断方法在气管,支气管异物中的诊断效果。方法:选取我院确诊并进行治疗的气管,支气管异物患者80例为研究对象,患者入选时间段为2018年12月—2020年5月,所有患者均采取CT影像与常规X线进行检查,对比CT影像与常规X线检查方式下患者异物检出情况、异物征象诊断结果。结果:研究数据显示,基于CT影像与常规X线在气管,支气管异物患者当中的应用,相比于常规X线,CT影像检查的检出率更高,漏诊以及误诊的概率较低;与X线片相比较,CT影像检查的应用,可将患者异物征象情况进行明确,两组数据相比较(P<0.05),由此可见,在气管,支气管异物中的诊断当中,通过CT影像的应用,能够将患者病情具体发展进行明确,以此为后期治疗提供科学的依据。结论:由此可见,在气管,支气管异物的诊断过程中,基于CT诊断方法的应用,可提升临床诊断准确率,将具体异物情况进行明确,以此为后期治疗工作的开展提供科学的依据,临床应用价值显著,值得推广应用。Objective To compare the diagnostic effects of different imaging techniques in tracheobronchial foreign bodies.Methods 80 patients with tracheobronchial foreign bodies diagnosed and treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects in this study.The patients were selected from December 2018 to May 2020.All patients were examined by CT image and conventional X-ray,and the detection and diagnosis results of foreign bodies were compared between CT image and conventional X-ray.Results The data showed that based on CT images and conventional X-ray in the trachea,Compared with the conventional X-ray,the detection rate of CT image examination is higher,and the probability of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis is lower;Compared with the X-ray,the application of CT image examination can clarify the signs of foreign bodies in patients,P<0.05,In the diagnosis of bronchial foreign body,through the application of CT image,the specific development of the patient's condition can be clear,so as to provide a scientific basis for later treatment.Conclusion It can be seen that in the process of diagnosis of tracheobronchial foreign bodies,the application of CT based diagnostic methods can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,and clarify the specific foreign body situation,so as to provide a scientific basis for the later treatment work,which has significant clinical application value and is worthy of popularization and application.
