Objective To explore the correlation between blood flow perfusion parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and microvascular density(MVD)and microvascular area(MVA)in papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).Methods 74 patients with PTC in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected and divided into≤1 cm group(n=29)and≥2 cm group(n=45)according to the lesion conditions; In addition, the selected cases could be divided into non metastasis group(n=44)and metastasis group(n=30)according to the results of cervical lymph node cases. Results In PTC patients, the data scores of Aus and peak,MVA and MVD in≥2 cm group were higher than those in≤1 cm group; The data scores of Aus and peak,MVA and MVD in non metastasis group were lower than those in metastasis group(P<0.05).Conclusion AUC and peak,as quantitative parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound, can effectively reflect MVA and MVD of PTC,can noninvasively evaluate tumor angiogenesis, and play an important role in evaluating PCT and its prognosis.
