阴道三维能量多普勒超声对早期先兆流产预后评估的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析阴道三维能量多普勒超声对早期先兆流产预后的评估价值。方法:抽取2019年11月—2020年11月我院收治的80例早孕期先兆流产患者,根据妊娠结局的不同,将其分成妊娠组和流产组,前组人数为42人,后组人数为38人,再选取同一时间段的40例宫内正常早孕的孕妇作为参照组,均使用阴道三维能量多普勒超声进行监测,分析三组二维超声血流动力参数指标以及三维超声血流参数情况。结果:流产组孕妇在PSV、EDV指标上对比妊娠组和参照组更低,在RI指标上对比妊娠组和参照组更高(P<0.05),但是妊娠组和参照组的指标对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组在三维超声血流动力学参数指标上对比存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论:阴道三维能量多普勒超声对早期先兆流产的预测具有重要的临床意义,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze the value of vaginal three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound in evaluating the prognosis of early threatened abortion.Methods 80 cases of threatened abortion in early pregnancy in our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into pregnancy group and abortion group according to the different pregnancy outcomes.The number of the former group was 42,and the latter group was 38.40 cases of pregnant women with normal intrauterine early pregnancy in the same period were selected as the reference group,all of them were monitored by vaginal three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound The hemodynamic parameters of two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound were measured and analyzed.Results The PSV and EDV indexes of abortion group were lower than those of pregnancy group and reference group,and the RI indexes were higher than those of pregnancy group and reference group,P<0.05,but the indexes of pregnancy group and reference group were not statistically significant,P>0.05;There were differences in three-dimensional ultrasound hemodynamic parameters among the three groups,P<0.05.Conclusion vaginal three-dimensional power Doppler ultrasound has important clinical significance in the prediction of early threatened abortion,which is worthy of promotion and application.
