印染、印花废水特点及处理工艺的分析

摘　　要：印染废水是工业废水中比较特殊的一类。废水成分与印染工艺环节、材料有很大关系,不仅具有成分复杂、有机物浓度高、pH值变化大等特点,还有很高的处理难度,若处理未达标会造成较大的水环境污染问题,威胁人类及动植物的生存健康。本文围绕印染废水的特点及处理工艺展开分析和探讨,希望可以为提高印染废水处理有效性提供一些思路和参考,提高我国水污染源头治理的有效性。Printing and dyeing wastewater is a special category of industrial wastewater.The composition of waste water is closely related to the printing and dyeing process and materials.It not only has the characteristics of complex composition,high concentration of organic matter,and large pH changes,but also high treatment difficulty.If the treatment fails to meet the standard,it will cause greater water environmental pollution problems,threatening the survival and health of human beings,animals and plants.This article analyzes and discusses the characteristics and treatment process of printing and dyeing wastewater,hoping to provide some ideas and references for improving the effectiveness of printing and dyeing wastewater treatment,and improve the effectiveness of water pollution source treatment in my country.
