摘  要:四川省西昌与德昌交界处的安宁河谷风力资源最为丰富,是四川省的风区之一,风电场在不断建设。风电场建设前期就对一般的环境的影响进行最大程度的避免和处置,因此风电场运行过程的突发环境问题将是后期运行过程中的首要问题,是运行过程中不可避免,不可忽视的,因而研究风电场运行过程的突发环境事件带来的环境影响,及采取的措施和对策是具有实际意义的,必不可少的。The Anning River Valley at the junction of Xichang and Dechang in Sichuan Province has the most abundant wind resources and is one of the windy areas in Sichuan Province.With the continuous construction of wind farms,the impact of wind farm construction on the general environment will be avoided and dealt with to the greatest extent in the early stage.Therefore,the sudden environmental problems in the operation process of wind farms will be the primary problem in the later stage,it is inevitable and cannot be ignored in the operation process.Therefore,it is of practical significance and essential to study the environmental impact of sudden environmental events in the operation process of wind farm and the measures and countermeasures taken.
