摘 要:随着城乡经济发展和规划调整,对在役输油管道进行局部改线的需求日益增多。管道改线涉及管内油品的回收,通过总结常规油品回收系统在实际应用中存在的不足,提出优化的油品回收方案,对保证回收油品的质量、降低油品泄漏对周边生态环境等具有积极意义。优化方案具有操作方便、安全可靠、高效节能、经济实用的特点,特别适用于因长距离改线而产生的大量油品回收的情况。With the development of urban and rural economy and the adjustment of planning,the demand for local pipeline transformation in service is increasing.Pipeline change involves the recovery of oil in the pipeline.By summarizing the shortcomings of the conventional oil recovery system in the practical application,this paper puts forward the optimized oil recovery scheme,which is of positive significance to ensure the quality of the recovered oil and reduce the oil leakage to the surrounding ecological environment.The optimization scheme is convenient,safe and reliable,efficient and energy saving,economical and practical,especially suitable for the recovery of a large number of oil products due to long-distance line change.
