摘  要:甘肃刘化集团公司自1966年建成投产至今,通过挖潜改造,生产规模逐年扩大,产能相应增加,目前年产合成氨40万t,尿素70万t,甲醇10万t,已具备大型一级企业标准。为使企业利润空间放大,实现经济效益最大化,就合成氨生产特点而言,低变出口每降低0.1%一氧化碳就可使H2和NH3产率提高1.1%~1.6%,仅此一点而言意义非同寻常。Gansu Liuhua Group Co.,Ltd.has been built and put into operation since 1966.Through potential exploration and transformation,the production scale has been expanded year by year and the production capacity has increased accordingly.At present,the annual output of synthetic ammonia 400000 tons,urea 700000 tons,methanol 100000 tons,which has met the standard of largescale first-class enterprises.In order to enlarge the profit space of the enterprise and maximize the economic benefit,in terms of the characteristics of synthetic ammonia production,the H2 and NH3 production rates can be increased by 1.1~1.6%for every 0.1%reduction of carbon monoxide in low-variable export,which is of extraordinary significance.
