摘  要:CNG(compressed natural gas)加气站由于运行介质为高压状态易燃易爆气体,设备以压力管道和压力容器居多,工艺流程复杂,具有较高的安全风险和事故易发性。开展系统有效的危险有害因素识别,可以帮助CNG加气站运营管理者分析事故致因,制定风险预控措施,为事故应急救援提供决策支持。文章以石首市CNG加气站为典型研究对象,根据工艺设备特性,结合生产工艺流程分解,开展危险有害因素识别。CNG(compressed natural gas)filling station has high safety risk and accident prone due to its high-pressure flammable and explosive gas as the operating medium and pressure pipeline and pressure vessel as the main equipment.To carry out systematic and effective identification of hazardous and harmful factors can help CNG gas station operators to analyze the causes of accidents,formulate risk pre-control measures,and provide decision support for accident emergency rescue.This paper takes Shishou CNG gas station as a typical research object,according to the characteristics of process equipment,combined with the decomposition of production process,carries out the identification of dangerous and harmful factors.
