摘　　要：某海上油田受油藏滚动开发影响,原有注水工艺及设备设施已无法满足油藏不断增加的注水需求。针对上述的问题,通过多次的离心式注水泵单串运行到双串并联运行模式的实践分析,逐项破解离心式注水设备扩容增注的各类限制因素,最终实现离心式注水泵扩容增注的目的,满足了油田注水开发需求,最大限度的挖掘了注水潜力,实现油藏注采平衡、稳产增产的经济效益。Affected by the rolling development of an offshore oilfield,the original water injection technology and equipment have been unable to meet the increasing water injection demand of the reservoir.In view of the above problems,through many times of practice analysis of single series operation to double series parallel operation mode of centrifugal water injection pump,all kinds of limiting factors of centrifugal water injection equipment capacity expansion and injection increase are solved one by one,and finally the purpose of centrifugal water injection pump capacity expansion and injection increase is realized,which meets the needs of oilfield water injection development,maximizes the water injection potential,and realizes reservoir injection production balance and stable production increase The economic benefit of production.
