指端皮肤缺损行改良邻指皮瓣与腹部皮瓣修复的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析探究给予指端皮肤缺损患者腹部皮瓣修复、改良邻指皮瓣修复治疗的临床效果。方法:选择在本院接受修复治疗的指端皮肤缺损患者展开对照研究,共计46例,将其均勾划分为对照组和观察组,对照组应用腹部皮瓣修复,观察组患者应用改良邻指皮瓣修复,对比分析2组患者手术治疗指标、恢复效果以及术后并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,组间數据对比结果为P<0.05;探讨2组患者手术操作时间、术后住院治疗时间、关节活动度以及随访患指评分具有显著差异,结果为P<0.05;观察组患者对于手术外观满意度高于对照组,痛觉敏感以及痛觉麻木发生率明显低于对照组,数据对比差异为P<0.05。结论:在指端皮肤缺损修复治疗中采用改良邻指皮瓣修复治疗的效果更为突出,明显高于腹部皮瓣修复治疗,且安全性较高,康复效果理想,患者对于手术治疗的效果较为满意,值得推广。Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical effects of repairing abdominal flaps and improving adjacent finger flaps in patients with finger skin defects.Methods:A total of 46 patients with fingertip skin defects undergoing repair treatment in this hospital were divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was repaired with abdominal flaps,and the observation group was treated with modified ocular finger skin.Valve repair,comparative analysis of the surgical treatment indicators,recovery effects and postoperative complications of the two groups of patients.Results:The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the data comparison between the groups was P<0.05;the operation time,postoperative hospitalization time,joint mobility,and follow-up index scores of the two groups were discussed.Significant difference,the result was P<0.05;the observation group patients were more satisfied with the appearance of surgery than the control group,the incidence of pain sensitivity and pain numbness was significantly lower than the control group,the data comparison difference was P<0.05.Conclusion:In the treatment of the skin defects of the fingertips,the effect of using the modified adjacent finger flap repair treatment is more prominent,which is significantly higher than that of the abdominal flap repair,and it is safer and the rehabilitation effect is ideal.Satisfied and worth promoting.
