摘　　要：IAA在棉花纤维发育过程中起着重要作用,而棉纤维的发育过程实质上也是糖代谢不断循环的过程,探究IAA对糖代谢的影响,为研究IAA调控纤维发育提供依据。利用转iaaM基因棉花种质IF11,研究棉铃不同部位(胚珠/种仁,纤维,棉铃壳)中糖代谢相关糖分含量(蔗糖,果糖,葡萄糖)和酶活(酸性转化酶,蔗糖合成酶,蔗糖磷酸合成酶)的动态变化。结果表明,IAA不影响各糖分含量及酶活在棉铃中的总体变化趋势,对糖分含量的影响呈"先降后增"的趋势,前期主要是降低棉铃壳中的蔗糖和果糖、种子中的蔗糖含量,后期各部位蔗糖、葡萄糖、果糖含量均有增加;IAA对糖代谢相关酶活性有促进作用。IAA plays an important role in the development of cotton fiber,which is an essential process of continuous circulation of sugar metabolism.To explore the effect of IAA on sugar metabolism,and to provide basis for the study of IAA regulation of fiber development.The dynamic changes of sugar metabolism related sugar content(sucrose,fructose,glucose)and enzyme activity(acid invertase,sucrose synthetase,sucrose phosphate synthetase)in different parts of cotton boll(ovule/seed kernel,fiber,boll shell)were studied by using IF11.The results showed that IAA had no effect on the total change trend of sugar content and enzyme activity in cotton boll,but had a trend of"decreasing first and then increasing"on sugar content.In the early stage,it mainly decreased sucrose and fructose in the shell of cotton boll,and sucrose in the seed.In the later stage,the content of sucrose,glucose and fructose in all parts increased.IAA promoted the activity of enzyme related to sugar metabolism.
